Nutridian Coconut Nectar Sugar - the ideal natural sugar choice for every diet.

Too often, what is good for you is not delicious and what is delicious is not good for you. Often, but not always – meet Coconut Nectar Sugar.

Coconut nectar sugar is a natural sugar alternative made from pure coconut flower buds. It retains all the flavour and sweetness of white sugar but has a GI of just 35.

GI, or Glycemic Index, is a measure of how quickly energy is released from carbohydrates. Food with a higher GI causes large spikes in blood sugar. This is unhealthy for everyone but especially so for individuals who suffer from conditions like diabetes.

Coconut nectar sugar is firmly in the 'Low' (<55) GI range. A GI between 56 and 69 is considered ‘Medium’ and a value of 70 or more is categorised as ‘High’. The GI of white sugar typically ranges between 65 and 80.

Nutridian Coconut Nectar Sugar is 100% free of any additives. It is available as granules or as a syrup and neither undergoes chemical-heavy refinement like regular white sugar. The simple, all-natural production process also makes it the perfect alternative to stevia, which is actually manufactured using ethanol.

The result is a type of natural sugar that preserves all of coconut’s nutrients and benefits. It contains ten times as much zinc and four times as much magnesium as brown sugar.

It is time to give up over-processed, artificial sweeteners. Unlock your limitless potential with Nutridian Coconut Nectar Sugar, the 100% pure sugar substitute today!

    Granules Nutritions Facts

Until a few years ago, the coconut was blamed for a slew of health problems ranging from heart disease to bad skin. The results of the latest research reveal this to be an inaccurate conclusion.

Instead, we now know that coconut products are packed with nutrients and can counter a variety of health problems.

    Coconut Sugar Nutrition Facts

Coconut sugar substitutes for cane sugar very effectively in terms of taste. One of the most common concerns is that coconut sugar contains more calories than other forms of sugar.

In reality, pure coconut sugar calories are no different than calories from cane sugar. Coconut sugar carbs, however, do differ. Cane sugar is fifty percent fructose whereas, in coconut sugar, the figure is between just three and nine percent.

Fructose is a form of sugar that the body turns into fat. It also forms uric acid, which causes inflammation and creates free radicals that increase the risk of canceri.

    Coconut Sugar vs. Stevia

Stevia is very popular among health and fitness enthusiasts because it is often credited with an 'all-natural' tag. However, it may not be the perfect coconut sugar substitute that it is sometimes made out to be.

Stevia is itself a completely natural plant product. On the other hand, the natural plant material is processed using ethanol before it can be consumed as a sweetener.

No chemicals are used in the production of coconut sugar. It is made using a simple traditional process of collecting the sap, then filtering and boiling it. A drying process is included to produce sugar granules.

    Coconut Sugar vs. Honey

Another popular sweetener alternative for the health-conscious is honey. Pure honey possesses antibacterial properties but these are lost when it is heated, as when it is used with tea or coffee. Fortunately, coconut nectar benefits are not affected by heat.

Coconut sugar recipes cover a wide range of cuisines and dishes. Coconut sugar paleo recipes are increasingly popular because they add such a depth of flavour to paleo food without compromising on purity.

To get the best results, you have to know where to buy coconut sugar that is authentic and unadulterated. Nutridian Coconut Nectar Sugar is pure, unrefined and free from preservatives.

Your body is the greatest instrument you will ever own. Give it the best nutrition. Give it Nutridian Coconut Nectar Sugar.

It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
