2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/2 cup LifeFill MCT Oil
3/4 cup canned light coconut milk
Preheat the oven to 180°C and put parchment paper in baking tray.
Put flour, baking powder, sugar and salt and whisk together in a large bowl.
Mix LifeFill MCT Oil and coconut milk and stir with the other ingredients until it becomes a dough.
Form the dough into a rectangle shape about 1/2 inch thick.
Arrange the dough on the prepared baking sheet about 1 1/2 inches apart.
Bake until golden brown, about 15 to 17 minutes in a 200°C.
Cool slightly before serving.
